Site Development

Many of H&D's projects have been "built from scratch", including clearing, site balancing, underground, ditching, culvert installation, gravel placement and grading, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt paving. Involvement has included small subdivisions to large major developments. We enjoy and are often involved in the early phases of a project to determine feasibilities, costs, time tables, construction methods, etc.

Some of the recent projects we have worked on include: Odawa Casino, Bay Harbor, Birchwood Farms, Boyne Highlands, Boyne Mountain, Crooked Tree, Healthshare Park, Hemingway Pointe, Home Depot, Kohls, Little Traverse Bay, Schuss Mountain, Shanty Creek, Sylvan Resort, Wal-Mart in Petoskey, Cheboygan and Gaylord, Woodfield and many other smaller projects.
